The Jefferson Police Department in Jefferson, WI, approached Maas Brothers to explore potential solutions to issues they were having in their existing facility, built by another firm. They were experiencing extensive moisture-related issues in the police department and utility building.
Maas Brothers worked with the City of Jefferson to select a design and consulting team that was best suited to provide a cost-effective plan to remedy the issue. After careful planning and design, extensive exterior envelope and interior renovations were needed.
Maas Brothers led the 21,500 sq. ft. renovation. Major work included siding, masonry, roofing, windows, flooring and mechanical improvements.
We are proud that the City of Jefferson chose Maas Brothers as its trusted partner to build the new police headquarters.
