Dodge County

Maas Brothers has completed numerous construction projects for Dodge County. We’ve provided services including preconstruction and construction management, and self-performed concrete and carpentry work.

Dodge County Shop

Maas Brothers built a 76,000 sq. ft. new shop facility for Dodge County, including vehicle and equipment storage, office and breakroom facilities. In addition, we built a 7,950 sq. ft. addition to the shop, plus a fueling island and sand and salt sheds.

Dodge County Justice Facility

At the Dodge County Justice Facility, Maas Brothers built out 15,400 sq. ft. of existing space.

Dodge County Highway – Mayville Salt Shed

Maas Brothers built a new 6,500 sq. ft. salt storage shed for the Dodge County Highway Department.

Henry Dodge Building

Dodge County selected Maas Brothers for the 151,600 sq. ft. renovation of the Henry Dodge Building. The project included selective demolition, patching, new partition walls, cabinetry and countertops, new windows at select locations, door frames and doors, hardware, finishes, specialties, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC and electrical work. After this comprehensive renovation, the building is now used as office space and a 20-bed CBRF (Community Based Residential Facility).

Neosho Satellite Shop

Maas Brothers built a new 18,640 sq. ft. building that serves as a satellite shop for Dodge County. The facility has vehicle and equipment storage, plus a wash bay for county trucks.
