McDermott Top Shop

McDermott Top Shop is a wholesale manufacturer of custom countertops for residential and commercial markets. Maas Brothers Construction first worked with McDermott Top Shop at their previous manufacturing facility in Sullivan, WI. During that project, we completed a 20,000 sq. ft. addition to their building.

When it was time to move to a new, larger manufacturing space, McDermott Top Shop again reached out to Maas Brothers. We served as construction manager for their new 60,000 sq. ft. facility in Jefferson, WI. As part of our preconstruction services, we provided initial budgeting, design review, value engineering and bidding. The project included offices, meeting space, a 2,250 sq. ft. show room, 8 loading docks and 4 overhead cranes.
