When it was time for Ashley Furniture Industries to build its new Ashley HomeStore location at 2515 Cabela Way in Richfield, the company chose Maas Brothers Construction to serve as the General Contractor. Ashley Furniture, headquartered in Arcadia, Wisconsin, is the #1 furniture retailer in the U.S. and one of the world’s best-selling furniture store brands. Each of its locations is locally owned and operated. We were pleased to be selected to build the Richfield Ashley HomeStore, which consists of a 53,000 square- foot furniture showroom and 3,000 square feet of shipping and receiving warehouse space.

Designed for a pleasant customer shopping experience as well as efficient behind-the-scenes warehouse operations, the building’s exterior features the Ashley Furniture brand’s trademark look and feel. Inside, light-filled windows, dramatic arches, stone columns and a massive stone fireplace create a bright, welcoming retail setting.
