TempAir, located in Watertown, WI, manufactures portable HVAC rental solutions. They selected Maas Brothers to design\/build their new service and storage facility.<\/p>\n

The structure, comprised of both tilt up precast and pre-engineered metal building, is home to 30,000 sq. ft. of part storage, shop workstations, warehousing, a wash bay and paint booth. In addition, the building includes 2,900 sq. ft. of office space and a 4,200 sq. ft. mezzanine. The property was developed to provide 130,000 sq. ft. of secured, outdoor equipment storage.<\/p>\n
