The project included comprehensive revisions to the City of Watertown\u2019s water treatment and water department facilities. The water treatment plant project included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demolition of existing structures at the water treatment plant, located at 806 South First Street in Watertown. This included demo of a 56,000 cu. ft. water treatment reservoir, 4,800 sq. ft. water filter building and a 7,000 sq. ft. maintenance building.<\/li>\n<li>Construction of a new 8,200 sq. ft. water filter building, including alterations and complete cleaning of a 54,750 cu. ft. water reservoir, and the installation of four new 21,000 cu. ft. water filtering tanks.<\/li>\n<li>Construction of a new 11,820 sq. ft. water maintenance building at 800 Hoffmann Drive in Watertown, including new vehicle storage bays, equipment storage shop space, offices and a locker room for use by the Watertown Water Department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-2 nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\" style=\"--awb-border-radius-top-left:0px;--awb-border-radius-top-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-left:0px;--awb-flex-wrap:wrap;\" ><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row\"><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-1 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><div data-carousel-extra='{\"blog_id\":1,\"permalink\":\"https:\\\/\\\/maasbros.com\\\/portfolio-items\\\/city-of-watertown-water-treatment-plant\\\/\"}' class=\"tiled-gallery type-rectangular\" data-original-width=\"1170\"><div class=\"gallery-row\" style=\"width: 1165px;
